   Our staff has the unique privilege of working for an institution that has been exclusively dedicated to serving those with mental illness for 192 years!  We are the nation's first private psychiatric hospital and, as such, have had a significant and lasting influence on the practice of psychiatry. 
   We work together as a team of dedicated professionals who collectively provide inpatient care to 6,500 people each year and evaluations and referrals to an additional 6,500.
