Adult Programs
- Inpatient
treatment for individuals with anxiety disorders, depression,
other affective disorders, schizophrenia and chronic mental
disorders, personality disorders, or any other mental or emotional
disorder
- The Eating Disorders
Program, helping people with
anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, with inpatient services for men and women
- The Greystone Program, providing long-term
residential services for persons with severe and persistent mental
illness
- The Women's Program,
offering psychiatric and psychological services through an inpatient
program specifically designed for women
Older Adult Programs
- Inpatient treatment
for a wide variety of mental
disorders, including depression, Alzheimer’s Disease, other
dementias, and psychiatric illness complicated by medical problems
Community Services
- The Family Resource Center at Friends Hospital
providing information, literature, training, programs, and
consultation for family members with a loved one who is mentally ill
- A Speaker’s Bureau providing free programs to
organizations, schools, retirement communities, churches, and other
groups by Friends Hospital staff
- Support groups and space for numerous community,
self-help, and support groups, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Adult
Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), Overeaters Anonymous, the National
Alliance for the Mentally Ill, and the Southeastern Pennsylvania
Mental Health Association
- An array of services and partnerships with schools,
health, and mental health centers
